Hawaiian Christmas

With the year coming to a close, we joined the rest of Kelly's side of the family in Oahu for Christmas. The kids outnumbered the adults 15-10! We had a wonderful time, and Santa managed to find his way across the Pacific to the J.W. Marriott. We were gone just the right amount of time to: snorkel at Hanauma Bay, visit Pearl Harbor Memorial, tour the U.S.S Missouri, ride quads and cruise the jungle in a jeep at Kualoa Ranch, boogy board the swells at Sunst Beach on the North Shore, visit the PCC (Polynesian Cultural Center), whale watching, Catamaran cruise, 2 movies, dinner at Roy's, visit BYU and the Temple, and in Thompson tradition...went to Costco for numerous must have items. Amazingly, after 10 days, we were all still on speaking terms! In fact, we began planning a Costa Rican christmas for 2007.
