Are they not the cutest granparents in the World! It is so sweet how they tear up every time they talk about their "Special Ricky"! Sorry girls, but he is their professed "favorite"! I guess being the only boy has it perks! lol
Our Happy Family
4 Cups dried pasta shells (medium)
4 cups 2% or skim milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dijon mustard
Directions:
In a saucepan, add milk and pasta. Bring to a simmer , then reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes, stirring frequently to ensure milk does not boil. Turn off heat, stir in cheese, mustard, and salt.
