Went to Great America with most of my nephews and niece over the summer! JD and Kendal even got my mom to ride "Flight Deck," a roller coaster with 3 corkscrews and 2 loops!! She is more brave than I...I guess maybe that comes with age! lol
Our Happy Family
4 Cups dried pasta shells (medium)
4 cups 2% or skim milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dijon mustard
Directions:
In a saucepan, add milk and pasta. Bring to a simmer , then reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes, stirring frequently to ensure milk does not boil. Turn off heat, stir in cheese, mustard, and salt.
